Job summary

Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Plc is recruiting a Commodity Manager PV/Bess in Tempe, AZ. The role leads sourcing initiatives, negotiates with suppliers, and manages contracts in coordination with the legal team.

You will analyze spending, identify savings, and drive procurement process improvements. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in procurement, strong experience with CLM systems, and proven negotiation and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or advanced coursework in supply chain/business a plus.
• CIPS/ISM Level 4+ or equivalent preferred.
• 6–8 years’ procurement experience, including sourcing/negotiation.
• Advanced user of procurement/CLM systems.
• Negotiation and influencing.
• Project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned categories.
• Conduct supplier negotiations and manage contracts in coordination with legal.
• Analyze spending and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Coach and review work of more junior procurement team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve supply issues.
