Job summary

SOLV Energy, LLC is seeking an experienced Category Manager to drive sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management for PV and BESS categories, with emphasis on eBOS. The role collaborates with engineering, operations, and finance to optimize terms, pricing, and quality, with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence in San Diego, CA, Denver, CO, or Dallas, TX.

The successful candidate will lead RFPs, negotiate Master Supply Agreements, and drive supplier performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical design and PV/BESS components is a plus.
• Proven experience in sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Define supplier requirements and scout potential suppliers with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage competitive RFPs and award contracts based on criteria.
• Negotiate Master Supply Agreements to optimize terms, pricing, and lead times.
• Maintain supplier relationships and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Manage supplier escalations to sustain seamless supply chain operations.
