Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking a Commodity Manager for the Professional Services category within Procurement. This individual contributor role targets PS, consulting, BPO, and staff augmentation and requires initiative, comfort with complexity, and influence over outcomes.

You will manage the full contract lifecycle for PS agreements, lead supplier selections, and align deliverables with business needs, while collaborating with stakeholders and Legal to negotiate favorable terms and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in an analytical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, esp. PS.
• Ability to influence and manage multiple priorities.
• Ethical business practices and trusted cross-level collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for Professional Services and PS engagements.
• Identify strategic suppliers and build trusted relationships.
• Ensure alignment of deliverables with business needs.
• Lead RFX processes from start to finish.
• Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with Legal and suppliers.
• Drive cost avoidance and reductions aligned to savings targets.
