Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking a Commodity Manager to lead professional services procurement within the Business Support Services team. The role acts as the SME for PS, consulting, BPO, and staff augmentation, driving supplier selections and aligning deliverables with business needs.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in analytical field or equivalent experience demonstrating analytical and negotiation skills.
• 5+ years of Procurement, Sourcing, or Contract Management experience focused on Professional Services (PS).
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Desire to help others succeed and to encourage those around you.
• Ability to work on a team with multiple competing priorities.
• Commitment to fair and ethical business practices and earning trust.
• Strong organizational and self-management skills and ability to navigate changing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create sourcing strategies addressing pain points and optimizing the supply base.
• Identify strategic suppliers and cultivate relationships to position Wolfspeed as a preferred customer.
• Support compliance with procurement policies and processes using scorecards, reviews, RCCA as appropriate.
• Identify cost avoidance and cost reduction opportunities and track progress with established reporting.
• Own the RFI/RFQ/RFP/RFX processes from start to finish for PS engagements.
• Negotiate revisions and commercial terms in MSAs and SOWs; coordinate with Legal and stakeholders.
• Present to senior leadership with clarity and build stakeholder accountability across the organization.
• Manage timelines, renewals, and expirations throughout the contract lifecycle.
