Job summary

SuperATV, a Dorman company, seeks a results-driven Commodity Manager to lead sourcing across raw materials, components and finished goods, partnering with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing and Quality to build a reliable, cost-competitive supply base.

You will develop commodity strategies, monitor markets, negotiate contracts and terms, and drive year-over-year cost reductions while maintaining quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, PM, or engineering.
• Proven experience leading supplier negotiations and supplier development initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with remote communication tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.
• Monitor markets, pricing trends, tariffs, and risks.
• Lead supplier evaluations, audits, and relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and lead times.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Manufacturing to support launches.
