Job summary

Henderson Building Solutions in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager to lead building systems commissioning projects from start to finish. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, commissioning activities, and client communications to ensure delivery on time and to quality expectations.

The candidate should have 4+ years in MEPF engineering or commissioning (8+ with no degree), strong project management and communication skills, and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in architectural, electrical, mechanical, industrial, or construction engineering/management.
• 4+ years in MEPF engineering, commissioning, or TAB; 8+ years without a degree.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of commissioning project delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client communications.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, design teams and facilities staff.
• Develop proposals and support business development.
• Mentor and lead commissioning staff on projects.
