Job summary

Henderson Building Solutions in Denver, CO, is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager to lead building systems commissioning projects from kickoff to delivery. You will coordinate owners, contractors, design teams, and facility stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality goals are met.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in MEPF commissioning or TAB, strong communication, and proven ability to develop proposals and support business development while delivering exceptional project

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in MEPF engineering, commissioning, or TAB; eight years without a degree.
• Basic proficiency in project management standards and project execution.
• Fundamental understanding of building design and construction principles for successful commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of projects and ensure quality metrics.
• Prepare proposals and contracts; manage schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate commissioning deliverables and client communications.
• Lead teams including owner’s representatives, general contractors, and design team members.
• Develop scope of work and fees to mitigate risk throughout the project life cycle.
• Mentor, coach and supervise Commissioning Agents, Technicians and project team members.
