Job summary

CK Snacks is seeking a Commercialization & Project Management Manager to own the commercialization portfolio and lead priority customer launches across Grand Rapids, MI, South Beloit, IL, or Easton, PA. The role coordinates cross-functional teams and establishes governance to accelerate launches while balancing profitability and customer expectations.

The CPMM will develop stage-gate processes, standardize reporting, and mentor specialists, with a salary range of $75,000-$95,000 and a 1st shift,

• 5-7+ years’ experience in applicable field.
• Experience with managing major customer and strategic initiatives.
• Experience leading others.
• Are dependable and take pride in doing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Own the Commercialization Portfolio across the business.
• Direct and mentor Commercialization & Project Management Specialists.
• Establish project management standards and expectations.
• Support project teams in resolving complex challenges.
• Drive accountability for project execution across the organization.
• Lead high-profile customer launches and business initiatives.
• Coordinate leadership involvement when needed.
• Maintain stage-gate processes and governance to scale workflows.
• Monitor risks and ensure launches are operationally ready.
