Job summary

CK Snacks is seeking a Commercialization and Project Management Specialist to drive product launches from award through production readiness, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet schedules and deliverables.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and will support launches across Grand Rapids, MI, South Beloit, IL and Easton, PA. It is a 1st shift, full-time position with a salary range of $55,000–$75,000.

Responsibilities

• Own Project Execution: Manage assigned projects from kickoff through launch.
• Maintain project schedules and action-item trackers.
• Ensure milestones are completed on time.
• Track artwork, packaging, formula, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate customer communications throughout commercialization.
• Support customer onboarding and launch activities.
• Lead Project Meetings and Communication: Schedule and facilitate project meetings.
• Document decisions, risks, and action items.
• Provide project status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain project visibility across departments.
• Track Risks and Escalate Issues: Identify project roadblocks.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Support development of corrective actions.
• Maintain Project Documentation: Manage project files and records.
• Update project timelines and reports.
• Support stage-gate compliance requirements.
• Support Process Improvement Efforts: Recommend process improvements.
• Assist with new project management tools and systems.
• Capture lessons learned from completed projects.
• Help improve commercialization workflows.
