We are currently looking for a Commercialization & Project Management Specialist to join our team. As CPMS, you will coordinate commercialization projects from award through production launch by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and supporting cross-functional

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing timelines, meetings and action items.
• Dependable and takes pride in quality work.
• Teamplayer with strong collaboration.
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Own Project Execution: Manage projects from kickoff through launch and maintain schedules.
• Lead Project Meetings and Communication: schedule meetings, document decisions, and provide status updates.
• Track Risks and Escalate Issues: identify roadblocks and escalate when needed.
• Maintain Project Documentation: manage files, timelines, and reports.
• Support Production Readiness: track materials and coordinate launch prep.
• Support Process Improvement: suggest improvements and help implement new tools.
