Job summary

CK Snacks is seeking a Commercialization and Project Management Manager to own the commercialization portfolio, establish standards, and govern project execution across the organization.

You will lead strategic customer launches, align cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements to scale launches while balancing profitability and customer expectations. This role reports to Sales leadership and offers growth across Grand Rapids, MI, and other locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ to 7+ years of experience in applicable field.
• Experience managing major customer and strategic initiatives.
• Experience leading others and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to drive accountability and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercialization portfolio and prioritize projects.
• Build and lead the project management function.
• Drive strategic customer launches and executive escalation when needed.
• Develop stage-gate processes, templates and governance.
• Manage risk, readiness, and cross-functional alignment.
• Develop business improvement initiatives and measure performance.
