Job summary

The ODP Group, through its Office Depot and OfficeMax entities, seeks a Commercial Transformation Director to lead the design, implementation, and measurement of transformation initiatives across the business. This role partners with commercial, sales, finance, and regional leaders to translate opportunities into executable tests, establish clear measures of success, and use results to inform decisions.

The position is 4 days onsite, with locations including Boca Raton, FL and other markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Strategy, Analytics or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial strategy/transformation or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of CRM and sales tech platforms.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in B2B, retail, distribution, or multi-channel environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of commercial transformation experiments across channels and markets.
• Drive cross-functional implementation with commercial, sales, regional, finance, operations and other leaders.
• Establish measurement frameworks and evaluate performance with financial, customer and operational data.
• Synthesize results and recommend whether initiatives should be scaled or adjusted.
• Maintain visibility of the transformation portfolio and brief senior leaders.
