You will manage accounts, plan deliveries, and lead drivers, while maintaining expert knowledge on automotive parts. The role requires flexible scheduling, with holidays, evenings and weekends often included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Effective leader with strong decision-making and selling skills.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, evenings and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by maintaining and developing commercial sales.
• Develop new accounts through face-to-face and telephone contact.
• Act as the primary contact for commercial customers and maintain open lines of communication.
• Plan delivery routes, manage drivers, and generate delivery documentation.
• Conduct research to guarantee the customer is offered the right part for the right price.
• Maintain records and billing for commercial accounts; process returns and reconcile accounts.
• Visit commercial accounts to ensure servicing and on-time deliveries.
• Build and maintain relationships with the management team and assist with training.
• Maintain a safe working environment with PPE compliance.
• Follow accident procedures and ensure approved driver status.
• Maintain vehicles and report maintenance issues.
