Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive wow customer service, support commercial sales, and coordinate logistics. You will assist customers with product selection, manage orders, and help ensure timely deliveries while maintaining billing records and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include account visits, new business development through calls and in-person outreach, and leading the team in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Familiarity with billing, inventory, and delivery processes.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management.
• Maintain billing records and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct account visits to build relationships and ensure service quality.
• Generate new business through inbound calls and in-person outreach.
• Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections.
• Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Monitor and report on vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
