OPC Pest Services in Lexington, KY is seeking a Commercial Outside Sales Account Executive to build a strong book of commercial clients across Lexington and Central Kentucky. You will prospect new accounts, develop relationships with business owners and decision‑makers, and deliver tailored pest control solutions through a trusted local brand.

Qualifications

• 2 years' B2B sales experience.
• 2 years' experience in home services sales preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and generate B2B sales leads by identifying opportunities across businesses, industrial facilities, and commercial properties.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and skilled negotiator, building solutions that benefit both the customer and OPC.
• Actively close deals within defined timelines and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.
• Crush quotas and consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate as a proud member of the OPC team, sharing insights, resources, and wins across the organization.
• Deliver personalized service and long‑term support to commercial customers, building lasting relationships.
