Qualifications

• 2 years' B2B sales experience.
• 2 years' experience in home services sales preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and generate B2B sales leads by identifying opportunities across businesses, industrial facilities, and commercial properties
• Serve as a trusted advisor and skilled negotiator, building solutions that benefit both the customer and OPC
• Actively close deals within defined timelines and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle
• Crush quotas and consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly sales goals
• Collaborate as a proud member of the OPC team, sharing insights, resources, and wins across the organization
• Deliver personalized service and long-term support to commercial customers, building lasting relationships
