Qualifications

• 2 years' B2B sales experience.
• 2 years' experience in home services sales preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and generate B2B sales leads.
• Serve as trusted advisor and skilled negotiator, building solutions for customers and OPC.
• Actively close deals within defined timelines and maintain sales momentum.
• Crush quotas and consistently achieve monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with the OPC team, sharing insights and wins across the organization.
• Deliver personalized service and long-term support to commercial customers.
