Job summary

Tecta America New England in Brockton, MA is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple commercial roofing projects, attend meetings, monitor schedules and manage budgets. You will work between office and jobsite, coordinating with customers, vendors, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget completion with quality workmanship.

• Commercial roofing supervisory experience (3–5 years) required.
• Strong project management skills including reading architectural drawings and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality project management services for multiple commercial roofing projects.
• Attend job meetings and develop project schedules, budgets and execution strategies.
• Order and coordinate delivery of roofing materials, equipment and permits.
• Monitor project costs, labor hours and overall profitability.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress and compliance with plans.
