Job summary

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading residential and commercial roofing contractor in Denver, CO, and we are looking to hire a dependable and experienced Commercial Account Manager to manage the lifecycle of commercial roofing projects—from prospecting and inspections to contract signing and project completion at this location.

In this role you will generate new business, educate clients and decision-makers, collaborate with estimating and production teams, and deliver the

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing, construction sales, or property services.
• Experience working with building owners, property managers, or general contractors.
• Experience using CRM systems (AccuLynx preferred) and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue commercial roofing opportunities within assigned market.
• Conduct property inspections and visual assessments to determine project scope.
• Build relationships with property managers, facility directors, building owners, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with estimating and production teams to define scopes and meet deadlines.
• Manage projects from contract through final invoicing.
