Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial renovation estimating experience.
• Interior and exterior renovation experience.
• Experience reading drawings, specifications, and site documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed takeoffs for renovation projects.
• Develop cost estimates and gather subcontractor pricing.
• Communicate and collaborate with project management.
