Job summary

Renewyx invites an Estimator to join our team in Indiana, focusing on full-cycle estimating for commercial, healthcare, and industrial projects. You will perform quantity takeoffs, prepare bid packages, and lead subcontractor buyout while coordinating with preconstruction and project teams.

The role requires interpreting drawings and specifications, with experience in ground-up and renovation estimates. On-site work across active locations in Indiana is expected.

Qualifications

Renewyx has partnered with an established general contractor delivering commercial, healthcare, and industrial projects across Indiana to identify an Estimator. This role plays a central part in shaping the numbers behind each project's success, from early takeoffs through final bid submission.

The Estimator will manage full-cycle estimating across commercial, healthcare, and industrial projects, including quantity takeoffs, bid package preparation, and subcontractor buyout, working closely with the preconstruction and project teams.

• Demonstrated full-cycle estimating experience, including takeoffs and bid packages
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Experience estimating ground-up and renovation projects in commercial, healthcare, or industrial sectors
• Experience with on-screen takeoff software such as Bluebeam or OST
• Exposure to GMP or CM-at-risk delivery methods
• A construction estimating or engineering degree
• On-site across active project locations in Indiana
• A regional general contractor with a growing project pipeline
