Job summary

LCNB National Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to join the Commercial Lending Team in the Warren and Hamilton Counties market. The role focuses on developing new C&I and CRE business, structuring and closing loans, and servicing a commercial loan portfolio.

The position also entails selling deposits and treasury services to business clients and referring clients to Wealth and Retail staff for additional products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lending or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related area.
• Ability to generate significant loan growth across C&I and CRE.

Responsibilities

• Solicits C&I and CRE loan opportunities and interviews applicants to determine loan requirements.
• Analyzes financial status, credit, and asset information to assess feasibility of loan requests.
• Resolves uncertainties with applicants in collaboration with credit analysts.
• Structures loans within policy and seeks approvals for opportunities.
• Prepares financing proposals aligned with approvals for presentations to applicants.
• Reviews loan documents for completeness before closing and funds disbursements.
• Ensures timely loan closing and funding activities.
• Maintains positive relationships with customers, staff, and community partners.
• Participates in community and professional events.
• Manages a commercial loan portfolio including renewals, modifications, and monitoring.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
