Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management or related field.
• 5-7+ years PM experience in construction/building materials.
• Leadership across diversified teams with strong interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PM software; PMP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of a portfolio of commercial projects within schedule and budget.
• Formulate detailed project plans with scope, schedules and resources.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, and supply chain.
• Direct engagement with vendors/contractors; negotiate terms and ensure alignment with specs.
• Implement PM tools/methodologies; monitor risks and drive improvements.
• Produce reports for senior management with progress, challenges and data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate performance post-completion to improve future delivery.
• Foster continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration in PM team.
