Stadler in Utah seeks a Commercial Project Manager to direct interdepartmental and external teams to ensure all project requirements, budgets, deadlines, schedules and regulations are met.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or engineering, 7+ years of PM experience, and preference for rail/aerospace or heavy industrial manufacturing experience. PMP certification is a plus, with strong MS Office skills and leadership in matrix environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field is required.
• Master's degree in business or related field a plus.
• 7+ years progressive experience with a strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Rail, aerospace or heavy industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading groups in a matrixed organization.
• Budget management experience required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.

Mansioni

• Meet with project team members to identify risk and opportunities and resolve issues.
• Submit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to contract requirements and quality standards.
• Prepare project status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
• Develop strategies to monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget, and risks and deliverables that support business goals.
• Establish and ensure the execution of effective project communication plans.
• Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Oversee the development and delivery of monthly project reports, customer progress reports, customer change proposals, and preparation of presentations to management and internal / external customers.
• Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
• Identify and developing new opportunities with customers.
• Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverablesManage customer satisfaction within project transition period.
• Conduct post project evaluation lessons learned.
