Job summary

Stadler in Salt Lake City is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery for complex system integration projects in the rail sector. You will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, PMP preferred, and 5+ years in rail/defense/automotive environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical) or equivalent training.
PMP preferred.
5+ years experience in rail vehicle, defense, aerospace, automotive or equivalent.
Business fluent in English (required) and German (preferred at least B1).

Responsibilities

On time execution, planning and management of all internal engineering activities of our challenging international projects.
Implementation of the Customer requirements specification in compliance with industry standards, regulations and national requirements.
Responsible for the conceptualization as well as preparation of technical specifications, production documents, test plans, type tests and documentation & training documents.
Management of the project team, which consists of Project Managers Engineering and Lead Project Engineers for various disciplines.
Lead in Customer support and communication in close collaboration with the Commercial Project Manager.
