Arceus is seeking a versatile in-house counsel to handle commercial contracts, regulatory, product, privacy advice and general legal counseling for our clients' teams.

You will review and negotiate high volumes of commercial agreements on tight turnarounds, flagging key obligations and risks clearly, and collaborate with product and engineering to accelerate the review platform through playbooks, templates, and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Handle commercial contracts, regulatory, product, privacy advice, and general legal counseling as an extension of clients' in-house teams.
• Review and negotiate high volumes of commercial agreements on tight turnaround, flagging key obligations and risks clearly.
• Turn recurring work into playbooks, templates, and quality standards, and work with product and engineering to accelerate the review platform.
