Qualifications

• Comfort using AI in day‑to‑day projects and workflows.
• Ability to make decisions in ambiguity and evolving contexts.
• Experience partnering with revenue teams and analyzing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy development for Discord’s ads and/or commerce business.
• Create frameworks for sustainable growth while protecting users.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to meet global regulations.
• Develop clear guidelines for acceptable advertising and commerce.
• Use AI tools and data to identify policy gaps and risks.
• Represent Discord with partners, advertisers and industry groups.
• Translate policy requirements into actionable guidelines for sales and product.
• Provide policy guidance to product teams throughout development.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety to enforce policies at scale.
