Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Virginia seeks a professional-level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth through customer retention. You will partner with the GM to manage Team Members and direct drivers to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires automotive parts knowledge, strong selling skills for commercial customers, and competence with inventory and POS systems. ASE certification is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Professional level sales role supporting advanced commercial functions.
• Excellent knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus; strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers and supervise daily tasks.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development of Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and drive supplier relations.
• Build network of second source suppliers and manage returns and credits.
