Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Professional level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members and ensure timely deliveries, with expertise in automotive systems and parts knowledge.

You will source from special orders, FDO, and second sources while maintaining stocking programs and a strong focus on profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years automotive parts experience.
• Leadership experience supervising teams.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and meet sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Supervise Team Members and coach daily tasks.
• Coordinate with GM on coaching and development.
• Direct drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain commercial stocking and second-sources.
• Dispatch and manage delivery coverage.
