Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Property and Casualty licensed Commercial Lines Client Service Manager to join our Midland, Texas-based middle market service team. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions and build strong relationships.

In this role you will lead renewals, identify coverage gaps, mentor teammates, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate client data using Gallagher’s systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant experience or equivalent.
• Active Property & Casualty Producer’s License is required.
• Strong client-service and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals and tailor solutions for clients.
• Identify gaps in coverage and drive additional services.
• Build and maintain client and carrier relationships with timely responses.
