World Insurance Associates in New Jersey is seeking an experienced client services professional to manage middle and large accounts with guidance. You will lead service plans, engage in strategy meetings, and coordinate placement processes with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and timely policy delivery.

The role emphasizes client relationships, effective communication, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Create and deliver WIA service plan.
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meeting.
• Reviews exposures against coverages and performs gap analysis.
• Collaborates on mid-market placements with Subject Matter Experts.
• Review, finalize and participate in proposal meeting.
• Document clients order to bind and review binder for accuracy.
• Participates in post renewal meeting.
• Participates in stewardship planning for large clients.
• Oversee confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits as applicable.
