Qualifications

• Property and Casualty insurance license in good standing.
• At least 3 years of experience in an independent insurance agency.
• Working knowledge of renewal workflows and carrier marketing practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of small to mid-market commercial accounts.
• Lead renewals, marketing, and negotiate coverage terms.
• Prepare client-ready proposals and summaries.
• Maintain thorough documentation within the system.
• Support new business onboarding process.
