Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to handle policy updates, client communications, and the quoting/renewal cycle for commercial lines. The role requires a P&C license and strong carrier underwriter coordination.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of independent agency or retail broker experience and proficiency with TAM/EPIC/AMS360, plus MS Office. You must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
• 3–5 years independent agency or retail broker experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverage & rating.
• Experience with multiple carriers and communicating with underwriters.
• Experience using online rating systems for carriers.
• Experience with TAM/EPIC/AMS360 software.
• MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input policy updates and account information.
• Communicate with client, producer, and carrier underwriters about policy questions.
• Manage marketing/quoting for new business and renewals.
• Identify, compile and manage information for account renewals.
• Maintain consistent, timely communication with clients and carrier reps.
