Job summary

First United Bank is seeking an Insurance Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to service a portfolio of middle market and large commercial lines accounts. You will manage endorsements, billing, renewals, and client communications while supporting Producers and enhancing retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include loss runs, proposals, certificates, and maintaining accurate policy data. Strong knowledge of commercial coverages and carriers is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3-7 years of Commercial Lines insurance account management experience required.
• Oklahoma and TX Property & Casualty Insurance License required or capable to obtain.
• Professional designations such as CISR, CIC, AINS, AAI, ARM, CRM, or CPCU desirable.

Responsibilities

• Services Commercial Lines book of business and builds strong client relationships.
• Handles endorsements, billing/payments, and prepares finance agreements.
• Assists Claims Coordinator and supports producers as needed.
• Creates new/renewal submissions and gathers supporting documentation.
• Manages loss runs, experience modifiers, and policy data in systems.
• Issues certificates, evidence of insurance, auto ID cards, and binders.
• Produces proposals for producers and conducts renewal/markups and remarketing.
• Maintains accurate carrier information and keeps data updated in Epic and carrier portals.

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent, College Degree preferred

3-7 years of Commercial Lines insurance account management experience

Oklahoma and TX Property & Casualty Insurance License

Professional designations such as CISR, CIC, AINS, AAI, ARM, CRM, or CPCU are highly desirable
