Job summary

Countybank Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and manage a diverse book of business in the Upstate region. This onsite role emphasizes renewals, new business, underwriting coordination, and ongoing client service for large and small accounts.

You will work directly with the Insurance Division Executive, coordinating with producers and carriers to meet client needs while maintaining profitability and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree in business, finance or related field.
• 10 years minimum experience in commercial insurance customer service.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and ability to communicate with clients and underwriters.
• Property and Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage an assigned book of business, including renewals and new business.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email or in person to provide information and handle questions.
• Prepare marketing information for accounts and coordinate renewal activities.
• Assist brokers in niche markets and coordinate with producers for client needs.
• Document all conversations and actions in AMS360 and ensure data accuracy.
