You will support Producers and manage renewals while maintaining carrier relationships. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in Commercial Lines account management, an OK/TX P&C license, and knowledge of applied epic and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• 3-7 years of Commercial Lines insurance account management experience required.
• Oklahoma and TX Property & Casualty License required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages and markets.
• Experience with handling large, complex risks.
• Professional designations such as CISR, CIC, AINS, AAI, ARM, CRM, or CPCU are desirable.

Aufgaben

• Services Commercial Lines Book of Business, including: endorsements, billing/payments, and documents.
• Builds and solidifies relationships with existing clients through ongoing care.
• Renewal process leadership in partnership with Production team; deliver high-quality solutions.
• Supports Producers and is the first point of contact when the Producer is unavailable; remarkets accounts.
• Maintains complete and accurate client and policy data within operating systems.
