Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• 3–5 years of commercial insurance account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and servicing processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers and relevant business software.
• Ability to work independently while contributing in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and renewal submissions accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial insurance clients.
• Process endorsements, placement requests, invoicing, and other account servicing needs.
• Prepare certificates of insurance, proposals, policy summaries, and coverage reviews.
• Review new and renewal policies to verify coverage accuracy and identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with internal team members to support client and business needs.
• Take responsibility for account retention by proactively addressing client concerns and service needs.
• Assist with resolving issues related to cancellations, claims, renewals, and other account matters.
• Maintain accurate and organized account documentation.
