Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in commercial insurance account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with insurance software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to solve problems and manage multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key account manager for a portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships, understanding business goals and challenges.
• Manage onboarding, renewals, reviews, and claims support for clients.
• Collaborate with underwriting, servicing, and sales to ensure seamless experiences.
• Review client accounts to identify gaps and suggest additional products.
