Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in commercial negotiations, pricing, or related roles in software/tech.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, forecasting, revenue recognition, and working capital.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic business partner to the Americas leadership team, supporting financial performance and commercial decision-making.
- Lead and support complex commercial negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable agreements.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for software products, services, and solutions based on market insights and customer value.
