Job summary

You will develop strategies to minimize losses, negotiate exit or remediation plans, and work with management, lending staff and counsel to ensure compliance. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial Banking or Loan Review.
• Knowledge/experience in maintenance and sale of real estate.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files upon assignment to understand transaction and circumstances.
• Enforce bank rights or positions regarding loan and collateral.
• Discuss issues with supervisor or legal counsel to develop strategies.
• Document loan files with actions taken for each account.
• Work with third parties to dispose of collateral.
• Direct activities of officers on shared accounts.
• Analyze financial statements, perform cash flow and personal financial statement analysis.
• Respond to inquiries from customers or regulators.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and implement credit administration strategies to minimize loss.
• Coordinate with management, officers, and counsel to ensure policy compliance.
• Make, review, and approve foreclosure sale bid recommendations.
• Evaluate real estate and equipment liquidation scenarios for CRU officers.
• Review foreclosure bidding instructions and provide input.
• Evaluate collateral for commercial lenders as needed.
• Act as liaison between department and vendors for real estate, equipment, vehicle sales.
