Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to support strategic commercial customer agreements, technology transactions, and commercial engagements that power a global broadband mission. You will negotiate and structure complex commercial transactions that support enterprise customers, channel partners, and mobility engagements, working with product, operations, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of legal experience.
Juris Doctor and bar admission in at least one US state.
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Draft and lead negotiations for strategic enterprise agreements, commercial transactions, technology partnerships, and channel partner agreements supporting Amazon Leo’s global connectivity business.
Advise business teams on legal, commercial, operational, and strategic considerations in large-scale engagements.
Develop practical, scalable legal frameworks to enable rapid growth while managing risk.
Partner cross-functionally with product, business development, operations, and compliance to support evolving commercial models and international expansion.
Help build efficient legal processes that support fast-moving technology and infrastructure businesses.
