Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in commercial transactions or similar.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Experience handling enterprise and technology-focused commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft and lead negotiations for enterprise agreements, technology partnerships, and channel partner agreements.
• Advise business teams on legal, commercial, operational, and strategic considerations.
• Develop scalable legal frameworks to enable rapid business growth while managing risk.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, business development, operations, and compliance.
• Help build efficient legal processes supporting fast-moving technology and infrastructure businesses.
