Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Corporate Counsel - Commercial Transactions to lead complex enterprise agreements, technology partnerships, and channel partner transactions that fuel its satellite broadband network. As a member of the Amazon Leo Legal team, you will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and support new business initiatives as Amazon Leo continues to grow and scale.

This role requires a mix of legal acumen, commercial judgment, and the ability to work

Qualifications

5+ years of legal experience in corporate/commercial law.
Experience drafting and negotiating enterprise agreements and tech transactions.
Experience supporting enterprise customers or partnerships.

Responsibilities

Draft and lead negotiations for strategic enterprise agreements, technology partnerships, and channel partner agreements.
Advise business teams on legal, commercial, operational, and strategic considerations.
Develop scalable legal frameworks to enable rapid growth while managing risk.
Partner cross-functionally with product, business development, operations, and compliance.
Help build efficient legal processes for fast-moving technology and infrastructure businesses.
