Job summary

Hubbell Realty Company is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of commercial projects—from pre-construction through closeout and turnover to our property management team. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships with an owner’s mindset to deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of commercial construction experience with independent management of scope, schedule and budget.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, contract structures (incl. AIA A102/A201, Cost Plus Fee with GMP).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project); Sage 300 CRE experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-construction and project startup including budget, plans, specs.
• Develop final project budgets and review contracts for conflicts.
• Coordinate plans with development team and design consultants.
• Obtain licenses, permits, and utility coordination.
• Develop and manage the master project schedule with the team.
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders; manage costs and cost control.
• Monitor risks, report on forecasts, and implement corrective actions.
• Direct schedule management with trade partners and meetings.
• Maintain client relations and serve as primary project contact.
• Ensure safety and quality per contract documents.
