Job summary

Johnson Financial Group is seeking a Relationship Banker to be the face of the branch in Wisconsin, building client relationships and offering tailored financial solutions. You will perform teller duties, balance drawers daily, and collaborate with partners to meet clients’ needs.

As part of JFG’s Consumer Banking team, you’ll follow dress code rules with logo wear and may manage a small portfolio while delivering exceptional service and supporting community growth.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• NMLS registration will be obtained upon hire.
• Excellent client service and communication skills essential.
• Eligible for company profit sharing bonus.
• Logo wear allowance provided upon hire.
• Birthday off - paid!

Responsibilities

• Perform cash handling transactions on the teller line.
• Balance cash drawer daily and verify cash and vault currency.
• Assist in opening/closing the branch and vault; balance ATM.
• Uncover client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Meet and exceed referral goals with business partners.
• Develop a small client portfolio to deepen relationships.
