Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking a Manager, Commercial Insights to lead analytics supporting executive decision-making across the Neurology & IgG4-RD Business Unit. You will partner with brand leadership, sales, and marketing to deliver reporting that informs strategy and forecast accuracy.

The role requires strong data manipulation, SQL, and visualization skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pharma analytics or market research experience required
• Experience with SQL, Python or R for data analysis
• Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI for visualization
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder storytelling

Responsibilities

• Own executive reporting deliverables with timely insights on product performance
• Design and deliver dashboards and presentations for brand strategy
• Support forecast development and performance tracking
• Perform SQL-based data pulls and ad hoc analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs
• Manage data from multiple vendors for accuracy
• Create executive-level narratives for leadership discussions
• Maintain data governance and stewardship
