Job summary

Tiger Analytics looks for a seasoned data analytics consultant to solve pharma and life sciences problems through advanced analytics. You will work with client stakeholders to design analytics solutions and drive business value, including ROI assessment and KPI tracking.

You will lead account management, scale pilots to long-term programs, and present results to senior leaders while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

10–16 years of professional work experience with at least 9 years in data analytics.
Deep understanding of pharma datasets, KPIs, and insight needs across HQ and field personas.
Strong project management and team leadership with global teams.
Experience with pharma data sources such as Veeva and IQVIA and related datasets.

Responsibilities

Work on the latest data science applications to solve pharma and life sciences business problems.
Translate business problems into analytics designs with client stakeholders.
Apply advanced analytics to drive ROI, KPI tracking, and campaign measurement.
Generate insights from reports and summarize for brand teams.
Manage client relationships, accounts, and growth; lead long-term programs.
Scale pilots/POCs into transformative programs delivering ongoing value.
Engage with executive stakeholders to translate problems into analytics approaches.
Present analytic solutions to senior management and operationalize analytics.
Collaborate with internal Tiger SMEs to create POVs/proposals to drive growth; oversee account P&L.
