Job summary

Tiger Analytics, a leading analytics consulting firm, seeks a senior analytics consultant in New Jersey to solve complex pharma and lifescience problems using data. You will work directly with client stakeholders to translate business challenges into high-level analytics designs and drive growth across accounts.

The role requires deep pharma analytics expertise, strong SQL/R/Python, and experience in scaling pilots into lasting programs while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10-16 years of professional work experience with at least 9 years in data analytics.
• Deep understanding of pharma dataset, KPIs, and insight needs across commercial, PSS, and market access.
• Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from client’s team to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approach.
• Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into analytics designs.
• Lead account management, client relationships and account growth.
• Scale pilots/POCs into long-term transformative programs delivering continued business value.
• Present analytic solutions to senior management and help operationalize results.
