Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an experienced analytics consultant with a strong pharma domain background to translate business problems into analytics solutions and drive client value. You will lead engagements, manage accounts, and scale pilots into long-term programs, collaborating with global teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Required: 14–18 years in data analytics with pharma experience; advanced skills in SQL, R, Python, and BI tools; MBA or Business Analytics degree; proven ability

Qualifications

• 14-18 years of professional work experience with at least 10 years in data analytics.
• Strong experience working on Patient Services.
• Experience in building product suite for Global Access and Value team.
• Deep understanding of pharma dataset, KPIs and insight needs across HQ and field personas.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs with client stakeholders.
• Present analytic solutions to senior management, and communicate results to business teams.
• Scale pilots/POCs into long-term transformative programs delivering ongoing business value.
• Manage accounts, client relationships, and drive account growth.
• Collaborate with Tiger SMEs to develop POVs/proposals and drive revenue and margins.
