Kanto Corporation, a leader in high-purity specialty chemicals, seeks a Commercial Operations Data Analyst to turn sales, customer, forecast, and operational data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, forecasts, and BI tools while collaborating with Commercial, Customer Service, and Finance to improve planning and decision-making.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting excellence, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data analyst role in business, finance, or sales/commercial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, finance, economics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in data analysis, forecasting, BI, or related function.
• Understanding of order management processes and manufacturing knowledge.
• Experience with ERP sales/order management modules (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends, customer demand, account performance, product mix, and profitability.
• Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPIs for Commercial and Leadership.
• Forecast monthly, annual, and 5-year product and customer sales; monitor variances.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Commercial, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management; ensure data accuracy and clarity.
• Provide backup coverage for Customer Service and support order-to-delivery data.
